How to Complete an Assessment as an Assessor in Aquipa:

  1. Receive Notification
    1. You'll receive a notification that you have been nominated as an assessor.
  2. Start Assessment or Create Work Order:
    1. Navigating to the Plant profile and using the Assessment Tab, you can either proceed to start the assessment immediately by selecting the Proceed button or schedule to be completed at a later date by selecting Create a Work Order.
    2. Once selecting either option, you will be asked when the assessment has taken place or will take place and a work order will be created.
  3. Perform Assessment:
    1. If this is your first time doing the assessment, you will only have the option to Perform the assessment.
    2. If you have done the assessment before, you will have the option to Reload from the previously completed assessment, which will pre-populate the current assessment.
    3. Choose the options that suit your situation best, please then complete the assessment form accordingly.
  4. Internal Review Process:
    1. Once the assessment is completed, the work order will move into the 'Awaiting Internal Review' process, where the assessment will need a final review checkoff by the assessor.
    2. If any edits need to be made, the assessment can be adjusted by pressing the 'Reload' button.
  5. Client Review Process:
    1. Once the internal review is accepted, the client will need to complete their review process of the assessment. This will close the work order and complete the compliance schema approval.
