To transfer the ownership of your plant within Aquipa, follow these steps:
- Go to the plant profile you wish to transfer.
- Click the Advanced tab at the top right corner of your screen and select Transfer Ownership.Warning: This action is non-reversible and will cause you to lose access to this plant.
- Enter the email address of the account to which you wish to transfer ownership.Note: If the recipient of the transfer is not connected to the same hiring clients the approved existing client connections will not carry over. This is because they may not be an approved supplier of that hiring client.
- You then need to acknowledge that by proceeding you agree to the Terms of the Maintenance and declare that this plant meets all requirements for a transfer of ownership imposed by all connected clients. To acknowledge that this is your responsibility click the tick box and then click submit.
- Once the transfer request is issued, the recipient will receive a transfer request banner in their plant module. They must press the View button on the banner to view the plant.
- The recipient will be redirected to the plant page where they can choose to either Accept or Reject the plant ownership transfer request.
