Files:

As a User you will most likely have to Upload Files in your aquipa account when:

• For Key Documents in Applications and Assessments
• Adding documents to your plant specific Folders
• Adding files in Checklists, Maintenance, Cases and Tasks

Wifi, Data & Upload Speeds: Images and file sizes only upload as quick as the connection you have, whether that be over Wifi, 3G/4G/5G, Ethernet (Cable to your computer), Cell Data etc

• The smaller you keep your files, the faster the time it takes to upload them.

File Names: Keep File Names to a minimum as possible. If you have trouble uploading a file - first check the name of the File and then the size. Too long a file name can cause an error alert.
