Manage Your Account Password

Forgot Your Password:

1. On the login page click on 'Forgot your password?'.

2. Enter your email address and click 'Submit'.

3. Check your email for instructions to update your password and follow the prompts provided.

Change Your Existing Password:

1. Go to 'Account Settings'.

2. Click on the 'My Profile' tab.

3. Find and click 'Change Password'.

4. Follow the prompts to complete the password change process and click 'Submit'.

Help Reset a User's Password:

1. Navigate to 'Account Settings'.

2. Select the 'Manage Users' tab.

3. Locate the user whose password needs resetting.

4. Click the Mail Icon to send the 'Welcome Email'.

5. The user will receive the email with instructions to reset their password and should follow the prompts provided.
