Resend Welcome Email
You can resend your business users a fresh Welcome Email at any time - this will reset their login status and void old login passwords.
Only Users with Owner and Admin roles will be able to Resend Welcome Email
- Log in to your account.
- Click on your Avatar in the top right hand corner and select Account Settings.
- Go to 'Manage Users, click on the "3-dot" sub menu to the right-hand side of the user you wish to select and then click 'Resend Welcome Email' (see below)
- The below warning message will appear. If you wish to proceed with the action click "Reset Password & Resend Welcome Email" this will then re-send the welcome email to the user.
