Managing Operators

To start managing operators within your Aquipa account, please follow the following steps.
- Navigate to the Operator module on the panel on the left hand side.
- Select the three-dot icon to the right of the user to reveal further operator options. The dropdown will reveal the following options:
- View Operator (Further down the article)
- Modify Visibility
- Operator Barcodes
- Connect Operator to Client
- Remove Operator
- Mark as unavailable
View Operator - Operator Profile
Selecting the “View Operator” button will take you to the operator’s profile where you can view and manage the following.
- Operator Details - View the operator details.
- Competencies - Add new and manage existing competencies.
- Training Sessions Attending - Add new or view existing training sessions attended by the operator.
- History - View the operators profile history (E.g. Operator competency/documentation updates).
- Plant Approved to Operate - Update operator's permissions to operate specific plant.
