New User Access Request

When new users request access to your organization, a banner will appear in your dashboard displaying the following details:

  1. The requestor's email address
  2. Reason for access request - requestors are required to add a reason at the time of submitting the request
  3. VIEW button - click to open the approval dialog
    1. If approving the request, select a Role for the new user and click APPROVE
    2. Click REJECT to reject the request
    3. Click CANCEL if you are not ready to make a decision. The request will remain in the dashboard for later action
