When new users request access to your organization, a banner will appear in your dashboard displaying the following details:
- The requestor's email address
- Reason for access request - requestors are required to add a reason at the time of submitting the request
- VIEW button - click to open the approval dialog
- If approving the request, select a Role for the new user and click APPROVE
- Click REJECT to reject the request
- Click CANCEL if you are not ready to make a decision. The request will remain in the dashboard for later action
