Aquipa has the ability to edit submitted supplier client feedback forms.
To start using this functionality within Aquipa, please use the following instructions:
- Select the "My Network" module on the left hand side panel to to view all clients within your network.
- Select the "Suppliers" tab to view all suppliers within your network.
- Press the three-dot button on the righthand side of your chosen supplier and select "View Supplier".
- Select "View Feedback Forms".
- Ensure the "Supplier Reports" module on the left hand side panel and "Supplier Feedback Reports" tab is selected.
- Select the three-dot button on the righthand side of your chosen supplier and select "Edit Feedback Form" from the dropdown.
- The Edit Feedback Form will be prompted and you may amend the feedback in the form.
- Select the "Submit" button to save and complete the edited form.
