Managing Account Billing

Billing Managers

Billing Managers are responsible for overseeing account billing and have access to the billing tab. By default, the account owner is assigned as the billing manager. Billing managers are listed on the billing manager card in the Business Details page. To update billing managers:


  1. Navigate to Account Settings.
  2. Go to the Billing Tab.
  3. Update the 'Assign Billing Managers' section.


Update Billing Information

Users can pay their account using the below two methods:

  1. Credit or Debit Card
  2. Direct Debit (BSB & Account Number)


To update your billing information, please follow the below steps:

  1. Navigate to Account Settings.
  2. Go to the Billing Tab.
  3. Locate and select the 'Update Payment Method' button.
  4. Confirm your business details.
  5. Select your payment method and complete the prompts.


Downloading Invoices

Users can download their invoices via the billing tab by selecting the 'View Billing History' button. To see further instructions, please see the following help article:  How do I Download my Invoices?


Billing Breakdown

The billing current usage summary provides a detailed overview of your current usage and charges for your Aquipa account, illustrated with the below photo as an example:
