Depending on your subscription type, Aquipa offers various business point of contact detail options to facilitate seamless communication and efficient service delivery. Ensure your contact details are accurate and up-to-date to optimize your business operations.
Point of Contact Detail Options:
- Booking
- Billing
- Business
- Assessment
- After Hours
- Risk Control Customer
To update your business contact details, please follow these steps:
- Go to Account Settings.
- Select the Business Details tab.
- Click the '+' icon on the contact details card.
- Choose either Add User or Existing User.
- Click 'Submit' to save your selection.
